all these stupid laws telling us what we can and can't do -- gets confusing to know which ones we are violating by simply just living our own lives.

Usually as long as you don't advertise it on the box that you are shipping something of the sort, no questions are asked. Also, it's not like they will scan them with an x-ray scanner as long as it doesn't make it to customs (which is why I'm only going to ship to continental US).
