Yes Zefir DOES allow me to change the shipping address and ownership of the chips for aftersales trades such as this one. Once I have changed the shipping address I can "lock" the new address to you and give you (or the escrow) the credentials and the private key of the address I used to pay for the chips, and also a receipt, you can read about this process here:
