Ripple has been one of the currencies that has caused more surprises during this month of December, but one of the most notable so far has been a rise in prices that led it to almost double its total value, thus overcoming the Ethereum.

Ripple showed himself, but it can never compete with Ethereum. This rise can be permanent. I will follow   Smiley

I think it price going higher slowly and it is not pump and dump so you can follow it.
I was regret when i sold my ripple in low price. I got just a little profit.

How high can the price go, though? I remember reading somewhere that the highest projected price for ripple was around the 3-4 dollar mark, and since the pump up to this level was pretty fast, I'm thinking the price will stabilize for now and do not continue to go up.

Can anyone explain the point of ripple tokens? Even if the ripple protocol becomes widely adopted coins does not seem to have an utility. They are not shares of the company and not needed in protocol. Either I am missing something or people are ungodly stupid.

For a centrally issued currency, its creators sure made the right choise to let tokens be traded alongside bitcoin on unregulated markets. The participating banks and institutions are not a whole lot richer thanks to all the speculative investments made by everyone into ripple.

The Ripple is actually going up faster than a lot of people think, it's going up too fast, and then I feel like I'm going to call it back, like NXT.

I keep a lot of ethereum in my purse and zero ripple. Maybe I'm wrong. And ethereum lost its second place in the ranking. But I do not see anything important and interesting in the ripple, to change my ethereum to it. Yes, good news, the growth of any altcoin is good for the whole market. Growth of capitalization, growing confidence. But I think that ethereum will return it's position to the market very soon.

Yea, now RPX is on the second CCM place and ETH is third Undecided But I think there will be a correction on January-February and RPX price go back to $0.8.

Now it's Ripple's turn to show his strength. The impressive rise in prices from these digital currencies hit a big rise in 24 hours. That fact raises the idea that Ripple will be triumphant. Wink

I would beg for 200 Million Ripples with Bitcoin as collateral for 0.001/XRP when Bitcoin price is $1000 and now after 2 years, I'd come to collect my Bitcoins and pay back your Ripples, you would look at the price and make a deal with me to buy them from me in the market, we would do our trades on several exchanges and pump the price.
Beggar#1: buy Ripple, soon we'll jump several pussies every week.
Beggar#2: pussies? no I want a girl with her whole body (note, this is me, couldn't keep myself out of it).
Beggar#3: pussies? girl? fack every coin other than XRP, buy now and you will fack the whole world when we've mooned.
Beggar#2: pussies, or just a simple prostitute would make me happy.
Beggar#4: pussies? I have 10BTC to invest, can I really get pussies if I'd invested?
Beggar#5: pussies for real? I have millions of Bitcoin cash, let me join.
Beggar#6: pussies or not, I'm here for the tech but they wouldn't let me see it.
Beggar#7: pussies want to see how the tech works, don't be such a pussy, if the tech was accessible to every body, then people would jump all the pussies and no pussies would be left for Ripple company.

Ripple company: don't worry guys, we have escrow to secure more pussies.
Beggar#2: I need a room to jump one of them, have no money to rent a room.

I see xrp rise, this may be due to some people releasing BTC and choosing another coin.
20% is enough for me as a payment to hold this coin.
waiting for January to jump and I will take this opportunity.

Ripple is shitcoin of banks with their old centralized economy system.. It is an attempt to keep economy in their hands.. It can grow up to 10$ and maybe more, before it will go to trash. I will not help them and no matter what profits it can give me.. Cryptocurrencies is more than just a way of paying and gaining profits.. It must give to people freedom to decide how to use your funds without any control. And money must belong to people, they cant be centralized..

The rise is still holding, but when volume drops down Ethereum will get his second place.
Bitcoin cash could go up too if they start to pump it.
