It shouldn't have anything to do with transaction, yes transaction fees have to be in Ethereum and it's all paid when you look at the link you have provided us with. You don't have to have ethereum to be able to receive tokens. This might be the cause of exodus wallet, have you tried to contact their support?
I personally don't use exodus so can't tell you much about if they have some problems or not.
Anyway check that you entered your address correctly, if it correct it shouldn't be any problem since exodus lets you have your own private keys which means you have access to those tokens. Problem that I can think of is that for some reason exodus don't recognize those transactions it can be due to their server most prob that I can think of rn.
Thanks for your reply.
I have confirmed that all of the addresses are correct. They show as confirmed on the network but are not showing up in Exodus. This only effected Etherium transactions as I was able to send Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash to Exodus (around the same time) and both are showing.
Exodus were also doing some maintenance on these coins at the time and I think this may be related. I will contact Exodus on Twitter now.
The transactions not showing up are:
- SALT
- Etherium
- OmiseGO
- Golem
- Aragon
Very annoying that they are missing
