It would take further to search and sift all the currencies to find these ones that match your criteria. Perhaps do some digging for yourself? The first criteria is vague, the third is subjective and the fourth is obviously what everybody is looking for. Come back with narrow criteria and you probably get an answer or two. Off the top of my head I am going to say about 500 coins meet your description and I am not going to describe 500 coins.

Ok so the world has 500 real world usages that can be taken over by Alts. That's nearly half of the cryptos, you sure?

Isn't there an Alt that can do everything like in windows operating system you can do everything from presentations to paintings for example.

The decentralized thing only keep those platforms are using the nodes to secure their network to be still decentralized.  The fact the decentralized thing is not applicable to all of the cryptocurrency which still to be considered as an asset because that's pegged on the main chain.

No one know exactly the answer to that question, since new coins come out every day and the terms are vague, what do you mean by low market cap? Put a number, anything below 10 million is a low market cap to me but that's my criteria, and your third point is confusing as well, as long as there's a cap in the amount of coins that's fine, that's more important than the number of coins itself.

Substratum (SUB): Decentralized web. It will provide people in countries like China, Russia and Iran with uncensored access to the web and uses the coin as incentive to run nodes. It can be seen as technological advancement to VPNs and TOR, both of which can be detected and blocked to some extent. SUB will send information in packages that can't be distinguished from normal web traffic and to always changing locations (in a mesh of users that only know their neighbors), thus being extremely hard to block. The dev team has a lot of experience (some delivered web solutions to large companies like Apple) and communicates well their progress. The software will have a focus on ease of use, i.e. a child in india with a laptop should be able to run a node and earn SUB directly within its preferred web browser, no complicated downloads or setups.

The public beta will be released in January, price might rise significantly!
