I am confused as to which would be the easiest way to transfer funds to paypal (international currency).
Right now I have some USD stuck in Mt Gox.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Exchange the USD to bitcoin.
Send the bitcoin to me.

Some possible options depending on just how much you are trying to withdraw:
- We meet face-to-face and I hand you cash
- I wire you money via Western Union (or some similar service)
- I send you an international money order
- I pay you with PayPal
- I load a GreenDot MoneyPak card, send you the card number, and you use it to load your PayPal account
