I used Poloniex as it indeed has huge volume in Ripple trading. Not saying others don't have good volume though.

Doesn't Poloniex have issues like slow transactions or sometimes they don't even pay out correctly? I need to know because I'm also looking for a good platform to trade on.

If you are trying to avoid the verification process and binance becomes the best answer for you because that gives a very high limit for the newcomers that was trying to do a trade in the binance exchange site. With high volume trade and that's very reputable site compared with another just like bittrex or even polo right now.
