One reason can be that ETH does not have any theoretical max cap. There can be infinite ETH, until the technology does not allow new ETH to be produced. Secondly, unlike Bitcoin it is not a store of value, and there is enough ETH in the market. So prices are reasonable. And lastly, scaling issues. Scaling problem is actually the main issue. If Eth can get past it, then prices will go insane.

   Ethereum have a good foundation, that is why i believe that price can go to
much more then $1000. I bought Ethereum and now I wait some really high price,
and before that come`s I will try to buy couple more Ethereum coins.
   I think Ethereum will do in some of the next years same as Bitcoin did this year.
From $800-$1000 to $10k in one year. That`s already happened and it will happen
again, just wait patiently and you will see.

The reason Ethereum is only $730 is because people aren't willing to pay more for it!

If it was in greater demand or less supply - then people would pay more for it and the price would increase.

It is impossible to determine the real value of a coin, because the price depends only on the ratio of supply and demand. I think that the price of ETHER is fair. And it should rise in 2018

Actually the value of an asset lies somewhere outside its price. Ethereum's value does not equal its price and I don't think it will for a long time because we see many brilliant projects starting/running on top of Ethereum and investors(both old and new) move a few % out of Ethereum market cap into the new projects so we can't see that massive rise in ETH price; That's why it's easy for a new project to do 10x than for ETH to do 2x.
