From Binance to Paper Wallet

Hi

I am new to cryptocurrencies.

I have bought few altcoins. They are on Binance.

Can anyone please tell me:

1- How can I transfer altcoins to paper wallet(s)?
2- After transfering, how can I check the balance?
3- How can I transfer back to exchange for trade (conversion etc.)?
4- What would be the procedure to withdraw (in Fiat) in this case?
