ok i use this one exchange service and i made a mistake with my LTC
i put a stop order on it to convert to fiat in case values went down too much.
however things are looking ok now and all went up
however my LTC is in a Hold.
what can one do to cancel a Stop order?
or should i just put numbers at a higher amount and will it automatically go back to my account? thanks

You can cancel an order at any time with all decent exchange. In your member area, search for "orders", "trade history" or something similar. Then you will find your current order and you should see a X or "delete" then, you order will be cancelled and your coins available again to trade.

it's better to hold it until the price rises because once you sell it and the price rises for sure it's your income at the higher of its price but for now it's better to buy and choose another altcoin trade is low price and there you buy it no longer at LTC because it's slowly getting low and its price is not as high as it always drops when there is no buyer in this coin.

Don't do stop orders it is simple as that. The reason I advocate no orders is because you should be able to decide manually whether you should sell or not sometimes you can't account for news and sentiment.
