What level of GPU are you looking for? I have several I could part with if the price is right. Sapphire 7870 (2), Sapphire 7970 (1), XFX 7970 (1), RX 560, RX 460 would all fit there. They all work great and are hashing for me stable. The rest of my cards would be over the $200 limit you have.

I don't mind escrow. Let me know if anything catches your eye. I can only ship USPS.
