Cryptonator wallet pending after confirmed

i have wallet in "cryptonator" and i sent 0.01327908 BTC from my wallet in mycelium to cryptonator (and boost it with your great acceleration system) it past today 7:30 in the morning
I HAVE RECIVED 58 CONFORMATION and since then i see the bitcoin in pending status

when i check in blockchain it seems that it past but still have no answer from the soppurt in cryptonator

update: its arrive today i try to access my wallet and in mysterious way it was in the balance.

What made you go with Cryptonator in the first place? I've never heard of them and it seems there are a lot of scam complaints cropping up about them today. Luckily it is a relatively small amount of bitcoin, but I hope you get a response from them
