Anyone could write short step by step guide for me how to do child pays for parent payment?? Keen to pay 2 ark coin for guide:)
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Import your seed into Electrum and do this.

https://freedomnode.com/blog/75/how-to-fix-slow-bitcoin-transactions-with-replace-by-fee

https://data-dive.com/unconfirmed-bitcoin-transactions-electrum

When you're importing a blockchain.info into Electrum seed you need to click on the options buttons and check bip39 or it won't recognise it correctly.

Unless you're in an insane hurry it might be worth waiting a couple of days to see if you clear. I misread your fee. It's still too low but not ridiculously low as I misinterpreted.

I transferred my bitcoins from CEX.io to Gemini exchange but it has been stuck unconfirmed on blockchain for a while... the fee was supposed to ~ $110, but it has been over 8 hours.  Can some good miners on this community help ?

I believe the tx number is:

 e7651c62ed1b693a561b36f319de0184ee6ea408654994d1282279a2eace985c

Thank you in advance for all your help - and happy new years to all !
It takes 3-5 days now

It seems that at the current stage, there is nothing we can do about the transaction as we cannot impact the blockchain. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello CEX.io support:

It's been over five days since you have sent my transaction with such an extremely low fee (22 sat/ B).  You cannot claim that it's not under you control.  In the contrary, it was  completely and solely under you control when you had decided to pick 22 sat/B for my withdrawal transaction...I see it is still waiting in line, but your fee keeps letting people keeps perpetually cut in front me.  The line is only getting longer - waiting for how long is reasonable, two days ? Two years ?

Once again, claiming that your customer's  transactions get stuck unconfirmed on the blockchain - because you don't give them any choice - as you decided to pick the extremely low and unreasonable fee for your customers withdraws is solely under your control !!

On the perhaps of all your customers and the victims of your bad business practices ( borderline unethical), we demand that you to fix your mess as soon as possible !

How did you do that 17 minutes past the hour? Usually you only have around 1-2 seconds whenever the new hour starts. ( Due to the massive amounts of users willing to accelerate with only 100 slots).

Are you using their Customer-Only Service? Something here tells me you're lying about accelerating his transaction  Roll Eyes.

Or did it really take you 17 minutes and 45 seconds to typ that sentence?

It's 118.316 sat/B and 29.579 sat/WU which is the normal fee but since blockchain is over loaded with over 1 lakh transactions, none of the transactions with even 400 sats are getting confirmed in time. Exchanges on top are making it even worse by sending 100's of transactions at a time with minimal fee.

Whoops. Misread. In that case they're in with a shot. My recent fees have been about the 160/170 sat/b level. One took about three days to clear, the other about 18 hours, the other about two days. This was earlier in the week and I was in no hurry so wasn't bothered.
I wouldn't say that that is the norm right now, more like 220 sat/b, according to https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/

No, i was able to do it on 1st second only that too after few unsuccessful attempts. Actually i was searching this forum for ways to accelerate my own transaction yesterday, and came to know about viabtc and was able to successfully do mine. It was fun so i thought to try some stuck txns from this forum. Tried 3-4 , every hour, unsuccessful for all except this.
Anyways nothing to gain for me, did not ask for any tip or anything.
And 17 mins for registering on this forum, and  searching for the post from which i copied txn id yesterday
