No, my friend gave me some expensive items from a game that we play together and he wants me to pay him in paypal but I don't have paypal funds and only have some bitcoins. My local exchange doesn't offer paypal as a cashout option so i'm trying to sell a small portion of bitcoin enough to pay my friend.

You might have forgotten that PayPal is a reversible payment method. You can reverse the money anytime up to 180 days.
