Antminer S9 & Pools

So I’m looking into buying an AntMiner S9 to mine bitcoin. I’ve noticed that prices range anywhere from $1,600 - $6,900. Can anyone recommend a reputable dealer with fair prices? Also looking for the best mining pools. Seems like more are based out of China. Can anyone recommend pools that are trustworthy and fairly priced?

Slushpool is a good pool. If you're not buying from Bitmain you could try eBay or Amazon.

One word I hear alot being mentioned these days is "SLUSH"   though i hear they are taxing 2% since December
