Hey guys,

Thanks for checking out my post. I'm currently running two 1080ti's (1070 will be added once the riser comes in the mail) and I'm mining Verge. I've been successfully mining Zcash and Monacoin in the past, but I need help understanding the ins and outs of this stuff. I want to know everything about what I'm doing and most guides don't thoroughly explain everything that's going on. I've watched a few Bits Be Trippin episodes, but I feel like I know some of what he's talking about, but mostly I'm lost.

For examply, what am I looking at here?

I don't want to be spoon fed, I'm just trying to understand. Is there a crash course or an episode of BBT or any other YouTube channel that explains this stuff thoroughly?

Thank you for all your help!

H/s = Hashes Per Second

1 kH/s = 1,000 H/s
1 MH/s = 1,000 kH/s
1 GH/s = 1,000 MH/s = 1,000,000 kH/s
1 TH/s = 1,000 GH/s = 1,000,000 MH/s = 1,000,000,000 kH/s

Sol/s = Solutions Per Second (Basically the same as H/s. Sol/s is what is used in Equihash algorithm)
kWh = Kilo Watts Per Hour
Intensity = GPU Work Utilization - The higher the intensity, the higher the GPU works which translates to higher hashrates
Difficulty = Mining Difficulty - The higher the difficulty, the higher it is to mine
Block # = It is what it is. A block is composed of transaction records

Hope this helps. Cheers.  Wink

First, learn how crypto Currencies works, from transactions, ledgers, confirmations, and miners.

here's a mining 101

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=65ekhKcdMB0

from the screencap of those numbers, just Identify which are the ff:

- GPU Mining Speed

- Mining Intensities

- Power consumption

- Blocks

- Diff

then you can google them Wink
