Lately, I've been posting a message for lots of wrong-placed-topics (usually in the Bitcoin Discussion).
And I was just wondering, can we actually remove the need for this?

I mean, don't you guys think we need the button for moving a topic?
Like the "report to moderator" button but instead of reporting for being an unwanted topic, this one will report it for being a wrongly placed topic.

Unless maybe the "report to moderator" button has the same function, then I'm cool with that.
