I have Electrum 2.9.2 wallet_1(imported,watching only ).If i want to sell or send to another wallet how can i do it.

You will need to create a new wallet by importing your wallet seed or the private-key of the address.

To create a new wallet, go to: File -> New/Restore...

a. If you want to import a seed: Standard Wallet -> I already have a seed -> Paste your seed -> Next.
b. If you want to import a private-key: Import Bitcoin addresses or private-keys -> Paste your private-key -> Next.

Yes but on watching only wallet i can see my balance but i cannot see in new wallet.
how do i transfer the balance in new wallet so that i can send in another wallet or sell ?

Because you need to import the address private-key into a new wallet file. Instead, you created a brand new wallet with a new and random Bitcoin address (which is empty).

To see the address balance, you only need to know the address itself (watch-only). But to spend their coins, you WILL need the private-key.

How did you create your watch-only wallet? From where did you get the address to create it? And do you know the private-key?

i am not able to find my private key but i have the seeds.
i may have got the address through my trading exchange.
is there any way to recover the private keys.i have six digit near the seed
and wondering if they may be the private key?

Is your "seed" a phrase consisting of 12 (or possibly 24) words? like this:
"enact crouch scene october medal gown theory physical unusual relief occur rent"

If so, to be able to get access to the coins, you need to use:

File -> New/Restore -> Standard Wallet -> I already have a seed

Then type your seed in and Electrum will generate the wallet containing your addresses/private keys.

However, you're saying that you got your address from a trading exchange? You generally can't get the private keys for addresses from Bitcoin Exchanges...

In your new wallet, can you see the address (1Dv23Ci4ys7VF8UsmJi2EM6Utvmq5jhp9c)?  If not, then I suspect that the seed you have is a valid seed, but for a different wallet.

Or it could be that your address is past the Electrum "Gap Limit" and that is why it isn't find your transactions. However, given you only have an "imported, watching only wallet" it sounds like all the info you have for that particular address, is the address itself... it doesn't sound like that address and private was ever part of an Electrum "seeded" wallet

I think you didn't fully understand how bitcoin works.
First, i would suggest to read this: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Private_key.

Afterwards, the address which you claim to be yours.. how did you generate it?
A watch-only wallet is basically a block chain explorer for your one (or multiple) address(es).
You can't just spend from this address. You need the private key. The private key has been created the moment you generated your address.

So.. until you have one of the following, you won't be able to move/access the coins:
1) a backup mnemonic seed (12/18/24 words)
2) the private key for your address
3) a backup of your wallet-file (not watch-only-wallet; you need a wallet file which contains the private keys!)

1. Go to Electrum.
2. File -> New/Restore -> Standard Wallet -> I already have a seed -> Paste your seed in the box -> Next.

Now you just imported your wallet. Do you have any balance on it? Spend. It's empty? This seed has nothing to do with your "1Dv23Ci4ys7VF8UsmJi2EM6Utvmq5jhp9c" address.
You still want to be sure? Go to the "Console" tab and paste:

ismine("1Dv23Ci4ys7VF8UsmJi2EM6Utvmq5jhp9c")

If the output is "false", you don't own the address. If it's "true" you own the address.
