I have a Electrum wallet with 271,000 satoshis, worth only about 36 dollars. I want to move those satoshis to my coinbase wallet. Electrum sets my fee at 50% of my satoshis. If I leave it set at variable fees, it says I don't have any satoshis to send. Am I missing something here? Any input appreciated

Fee's are still high. Wait a month or two to things settle down, then from $15 fees they will come down to $5 around, so not that bad.
If time matters, send low fee and pray for it to go through.

Thanks for the input. I guess I will wait. I do not see an option of setting a lower fee. I might be missing something or looking in the wrong places. Thanks again

Blockchain fees are usualy given when transferring coins to external wallets. These fees are calculated based on the current cost of writing transactions on the blockchain. This is the reason why there are significant increase of amount when we transfer coins to other wallets.
