Age of Conan Launching New "Blood and Glory" PvP Ruleset Server

I been told AoC is now free to play, but I still haven't made my toon yet. Now someone told me they coming out with a new PVP server:
"New PvP server will allow corpse looting and remove those pesky guards!"

Now this is something I'd be interested in. I think it patches today. So, if you're a big PvP fan, this maybe what you're looking for!

Nice. I've always liked harsh penalties for death, makes the game much more exciting. I wish Guild Wars 2 or  some of the newer mmorpgs had a perma death server, then I'd be really tempted to play.

I had never played a game with perma death, but that would be pretty nice. I'm actually pretty excited about GW2, I'm waiting for that to come out as well. I stopped playing MMOs right before Lich King came out, bit after seeing the GW2 videos/intros I'm hooked again! I love the part where there no dedicated, dps, healers nor tanks! I'm not a big PVE fan either, I just want to login, pvp for a while to clear my head, then back to work when im all fresh and ready for new ideas.

Never played with perma death either but I remember in Lineage 2 you had a probability of dropping equipment and you would lose some exp percentage which could take days to grind back at higher levels, so every fight I got in was pretty exciting. Ever since then I've wanted to play with perma death.

I wonder how they are going to enforce the one character rule in this AoC server if the game is F2P. One could just create multiple accounts to get around this.
