bitcoind walletpassphrase

Hi,

Maybe this isn't the best forum for this question, but I'll ask anyway. Does anyone know how to enter a walletpassphrase for bitcoind without expositing it on the command-line?  It seems like a bit of a security risk, especially if you have several developers all working in the same environment.  Like maybe someone could just look through your .bashrc history file or whatnot.
