Dead USB Erupter?

A bought a couple USB Erupters month or two ago. They've worked fine since then but today one of them seems to be dead. When I plug it into a USB port on any of 3 PCs the green LED no longer comes on at all.

Is it done for? Do I talk to the group buy lead to try to get one of the extras to cover failures?

Edit: So it looks like it may just be the LED light that's dead. I'm still messing with it. It definitely seems flakey but I've got it working on one rig (though no LED).
