CHEAP IS BEST, so find the cheapest GPU with dual fans if you in HOT area or you can go with 1 fan if in COLD area.

Good:

Gigabyte Aorus RX 580. This model is heavily overclocked out of the box (1439 MHz) and has a new cooler that's a huge upgrade over the Gigabyte RX 480. The card been praised as being cool and keeping clocks stable and Newegg claims that temperatures and noise levels are excellent.

Sapphire Nitro RX 580. Sapphire revamped the cooling solution and the Nitro RX 580 is a huge upgrade over the Nitro RX 480. The cooler is quiet and remains at 75 C or below even at a 1450 MHz clock speed. This review has the Nitro 580 being quieter than a EVGA GTX 1060 SSC which is pretty crazy.

Sapphire Pulse RX 580.The Pulse RX 580 has three heatpipes on the bottom of the heatsink which is the same configuration as the Nitro 480 (look at the image above). The Pulse 580 heatsink is definitely different from the Nitro RX 580 (the image above shows that the Nitro 580 has two heatpipes on top and two on the bottom). Thus, I still think that the Pulse 580 has the same heatsink as the Nitro 480, which makes the review's findings quite unexpected. A new review for the Pulse 580 was released; it confirms that the Pulse 580 cooler is actually improved over the Nitro 480 with a larger heatsink and an extra heatpipe.. I've moved it from "probably good" to "good" since its thermals and fan noise are pretty good, especially for the price.

Thanks.
The cheapest ($361) is Gigabyte Radeon RX 580 4GB Aorus. 1381 mhz. 2 fans.

The most expensive ($120 more) is ASUS Radeon RX 580 8GB ROG Strix Top Gaming, 1431 mhz. 3 fans.

About 40 mhz difference, will it be noticable?

A $120 premium for a RX 580 is absolutely not worth it no matter what type of RX 580 it is. The difference will be minimal if it's even noticeable. The price for the card is a little more than I am accustomed to seeing in the US, but if you really want to start mining now then go ahead. I've been seeing 570 4GB cards in the US near $200 USD recently. Both the 70 and 80 cards hash almost identically, and what's cheapest is usually best if there are memory mods/straps for the card.

Whats normal power draw from 580 cards? The specs says 250W. But some sites says 125-150w.

no there not the same, while some might come sorta close none of them are the same, has to deal with how the chips and other components they use are binned, like for instance the difference between gpu having Hynix memory or Samsung. everyone knows the Samsung in most cases can be oced the most and is pretty darn stable, while Hynix not so much, really gotta find the sweet spot with those

I have an Asus Radeon RX 580 8GB Dual with Hynix memory and a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 570 4GB with Elpida memory, after BIOS mod and overclock/undervolt I get the same speed on both with Claymore (30.1 Mh/s), both draw 105W from the wall, the only difference is that the Sapphire runs at 37C while the Asus at 55C...

Don't know if 2 months later you can get what we got for now. If its me I go with the cheapest and dual fan even hashrate slightly low. What we really need is faster ROI.

Get the Rx 580 MSI cards bro. I think this is little cheaper than the other brand. In place to place card price varies in the market so you have to check the best rate and buy the card. Brand is not a matter to get the heavy hashes or something.
All the other brands cards with the same specs will not provide the same hashes. So check the any mining cards like RX series cards you can make decent money than other cards.

Any difference between 4GB and 8GB cards? Almost impossible to find 8GB cards, but some 4GB are still around.

Other than possibly having a better chance of coming with better memory, there is not much difference in hash rate between 4GB and 8GB cards of the same model. The main difference would be a better resale value in the future. Though IMO, it's not worth paying more than an extra $25 per card.
