Litecoin price today is $200 and for sure it will increase the price of this coin possible to become thousands dollar price after few months. So better if you buy litecoin now and possible you will rich in the futute if you choose this coin.  Many people become rich because litecoin the price is very cheap and after few years the price is hundreds dollars.  Litecoin have very bright future and Im happy that I have that.

How you say that Litecoin will go $3,000 by this summer as it is now only around $300. The crypto which is evolved even after many years of beginning litecoin has gone over $500 or even $1000. A good example is Ethereum. My prediction says that if the Litecoin has gone to $3,000 it will take at least 2 years from now.

Ltc is one of the most popular cryptocurrency out there. If it is true that they will be partnered to a big company, then a 3,000 dollars or more will be reached. Otherwise, maybe it will be just around 1000 dollars this summer I guess.

Its not impossible that litecoin could reach that point, but now litecoin still need more support, if litecoin could be backed up by big company then ltc will go to the moon, but without the big company it will be impossible for ltc to go that high in a short period

this year price went up from $4 to $300+ and that is 7400% rise.
the same rise from current price would mean reaching $22500 which is not going to happen by the way.

those lots of talk either have forgotten this year or don't know "best year ever" means

Many people are hinting at a big announcement coming in the next few weeks/months regarding a partnership with one of the big three (Facebook, Amazon, Google).

none of these big names have ever showed any interest in adoption of any "decentralized" cryptocurrency. they are even working on releasing their own centralized version of bitcoin based on the technology alone.
i don't see why they should change their stance suddenly and do it for litecoin when they have not even yet adopted bitcoin!

What are your guesses?

$3000 may happen for LTC, it is a good coin and it is not such a far away target. specially with bitcoin price rise, LTC has always followed it up and nothing is stopping bitcoin from rising in 2018.

uhm to get to 3k that would be around 1100% increase in 6 months, not sure maybe more 600$ or 800$, as BTC is coming with lighting network this year which could totally change adoption greatly

whay would a multinational giant choose to use a decentralised and unregulated token with a limited supply?
dont get me wrong, I love litecoin and would love to see it getting the attention it deserves,
but i just cannot see the likes of amazon offering it as a payment system.

2014 for bitcoin already proved that merchant adoption does nothing for price. that was probably bitcoin's peak in terms of acceptance and the price carried on spiraling down. no one wants to spend bitcoin.

litecoin does not inflate either. no one will want to spend that either. it'll still be good news but don't go expecting any effect on price.

To be honest after the way different coins have moon'd in 2017, not sure anyone can predict what will happen in 2017. assuming LTC gets adopted across a major platform in 2018 then $3K is not impossible

Many people are hinting at a big announcement coming in the next few weeks/months regarding a partnership with one of the big three (Facebook, Amazon, Google).  My guess is if litecoin continues doing what it's doing now (being a low cost and easily use-able cryptocurrency) and it releases a few good announcements then the litecoin network will be worth $150b+ and each coin will be worth $3k. Easily.

I don't like buying into this kind of big news rumors, but yes, I suspect something big is coming. Litecoin team has been very busy with promotions, and now that the outside world knows about this little silver coin, there should be a few big names lining up to partner. I feel a bit sad as a Litecoin supporter to read recently that Charlie Lee will step away after LTC hits its old ATH, I guess even he couldn't take all the hate anymore. But still, I hope he leaves it in capable hands and continues to advice the development from Litecoin Foundation.
