The chance of bitcoin to rise before the end of month is good enough and it seems that in January this bitcoin price will be able to reach $ 18,000- $ 20,000 and I think with this kind of increase is stable enough for bitcoin.
It is difficult to see any rally any time soon,there are some negative news on the air and till that is cleared we wont see any rally,let us see what the outcome would be,if Korea really bans trading,then all the market will go down and then there is the transaction delays in bitcoin which is holding back everything to see another rally all these issues must be sorted.
South Korea has quite strong links to Japan. Japan has allowed Bitcoin to become a recognised currency and encourages business in that denomination. It would be quite surprising for Korea to divert from the course Japan has already taken and possibly lose out on business between the two countries.
There is alot of history there, I think an outright ban is quite likely. We are talking about more regulation I think, the ban route is what China took in order to favour their own preferred course of action.
