The only person who can help you is yourself,contact them every hours make some efforts to be notice by yobit technical support im sure they resolve your problem.
Thanks for your reply, Yes , I am trying to reach them through support ticket (the only way to contact them), I am unable to trace phone number &/or any other means through which a client can interact with the YOBIT team.
Delay is not the problem , not responding and not acknowledging the issue is the main concern.
I would not have lost my patience if I would have received a message from the team acknowledging the transaction and assurance to rectify the error.
But, let alone the assurance to fix the error , they are not acknowledging or replying the support ticket.
This is the reason I am looking for help form those, who might have experienced the similar issue .
