Been trying to top up my card for two weeks now. It's impossible. Anyone been able to top up their card?

They have a thread in the forums but they no one reported any issues, I suggest you ask them or contact support directly.

I got an answer, finally, firstly they say I lack proper verification level. Even though I am level 3 which gives me a monthly transfer limit of 50000EURO, they say it's a completely different verification process for the card.

I mean, that must be a joke? This company can put their card up their ass!
I sent all the proper papers, went through a long video call. And that was only for verification on their website. Not the card. If that information is present at their website I didn't know about it. Very misleading!

Got a card with Spectrocoin instead, they needed only ONE verification for each level....
