There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

at 125btc it will _never_ ROI. Even at 80btc its hard to make a roi.

That's way too much. They are selling under 100 now.
Maybe they will ROI with 80BTC not with 125.

I will buy local in NL from you but not at 125.
I will pay 6000 euro.
