I see quite a few Ukrainian on Twitter, there is a good community around crypto-currencies. Some of them are open to the idea of earning BTC, ETH, LTC... on gambling websites. Where you are from does not matter really but of course you need decent English since most Bitcoin gambling websites are in English only. Does not take long to understand though with basic language understanding.
