Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

send your BTC to the original exchange you bought them with fiat - convert back to fiat - withdraw.

coinbase is an example of an exchange you could use for doing this.

Use exchange service, this allowing you to instantly convert your digital money into dollars, euros or other currencies.

I might sort of look like I advertise this site alot, but really your best bet in my opinion is always localbitcoins especially in your situation; you can also sell your bitcoin via fiat so you won't need to deal with banks and stuff.

Yes is possible to withdraw your bitcoins to any part of the world where it is not considered illegal or government banned on it. Get to india and search localbitcoins where you  will find locals that buy and sell bitcoins. You can withdraw from them.

I'm sure there are local bitcoin exchanges in india. Just try them with a local bank account. Do not send your btc with one transiction, it may attract government Smiley

Use an exchange service allowing you to instantly convert your digital money into dollars, euros or other currencies. You will need to choose what currency you have, its amount and what currency you want to get for it. When the transaction is completed, you can withdraw cash at ATMs using a pre-paid debit card from one of the partner services offered by the site.

Is this service available all over the world? Could you please mention few, which are offering this kind of service?
