Hallo talkers!

Am looking to buy altcoins with ethereum pairs as ethereum is cheaper than bitcoins and will enable me to buy more. Is this helpful by ur experiences? Is it better also using tether pairs for different altcoins? Will I get more gains or lesser gains?
Please comment and leave urls for videos and articles that shed more light. Thanks!

You just have to some simple math.

Consider the different alt prices that you want to buy against BTC and against ETH, then consider the exchange fees, and the fees in moving the coins themselves across their networks. If you find you buy higher amounts on the pairs against ETH then buy the alts using ETH... it's as simple as doing some math on OpenCalc or whatever you use for that.

It's the same as doing arbitrage between different exchanges, you have to consider fees etc to see if it's worth it.

Thanks Cellard for your reply. Am going to check on the fees to see if worth it.
