XFX 5970 or 5970 Black?

I have one 5970 and looking at a second. Looks like the Black edition card is going for between $75 and $100 more than the non Black Edition. I also read its supposed to be 4GB ram but postings say 2. Does anyone have any experience how these run compared to the standard model?  Is the Black Edition worth the extra $$$?  Any ideas the hash rate differences?
