Founders Fund, the venture-capital firm co-founded by Peter Thiel, has amassed hundreds of millions of dollars of the volatile cryptocurrency, people familiar with the matter said. The bet has been spread across several of the firm’s most recent funds, the people said, including one that began investing in mid-2017 and made bitcoin one of its first investments.

Maybe they have the long-term vision in mind while many of us are more concerned on the day-to-day movement of cryptocurrency market. I am sure that in 2018 there will still be more and more big investors getting into Bitcoin especially that there is still a big dip right now though we have to admit it that the market lacks some form of an excitement because of the continuing problems affecting Bitcoin...which we hope should be solved as soon as possible.
