I agree that most coins are on Alpha state but there are some projects which are already operational or does have already a working product. I would only suggest this thing as of now where you can check out SNOV ( Snovio)  where it is already operating for quiet sometime. You can check out their site Snov.io and join up their telegram group for recent updates about the project.

Idex is decentralized eth exchanger.It releases aurora and dvip coin. it is live project.  I like the  project. it is the same as etherdelta but little bit different in appearance. I think the exchanger will be the competitor of etherdelta.

Santiment with its market data and the product was alive, and many people are using it right now, Tenx has a worked product too because you able to spend it use the card. Another just like ethereum with a working dapps on its platform, binance with its exchange site and ability in its token if you are using binance token.

To the guy who suggested SIA and Storj, let me tell you that Storj is much more better, and they have the same product, only that they are the main competitors between both.
And with a working product, i think that PIVX is the answer to your question, they are already running it and they are constantly updating their project, i have more than $10k invested in that coin.
There are some ICO's who already have a working product, but i am not sure about them, because most of them are just lying

Ethereum has the working blockchain. Monaco Card has working crypto debit card, Tenx also has it. Spectivvr has a alpha product. Binance has an exchange platform out there. Waves has its own dex platform. You can check those.

Have a look at Crowdholding.

They have had a co-creation platform in beta since April and they launched their ICO in December. I think these guys are going to go far. Very underrated with a strong team, constant development and a very low hard cap.
