Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

PayPal is a high risk payment method. It can be reversed up to 180 days from the day of payment.

As for the supposed trust ratings, they are from light years ago. People's circumstances change and some have transformed from law abiding guys to habitual fraudsters. Not accusing you of being that kind of person. I'm just presenting the real risks and issues as they happen in the present. The now factor very much counts in measuring risks too. Not just the kind of person you were back in 2013 as suggested in your trust ratings.

There is also the risk of accounts passing ownership to other (less honest) persons. These do happen unfortunately which is why trust is not just the only measuring stick used by traders here. As I said above, PayPal is notoriously disputable. Challenging a completed payment is easier done because scammers know and exploit PayPal's anti-crypto tendencies.

Can't you offer other (less riskier) payment methods?

Dude - I appreciate your effort in guarding the fort. When I was active in 2013, I did the same with many others (go back and take a look at my posts if you have time/energy).

How can I even re-validate myself if even before I try you come and pour hot water? Please see that I had a trade with aTriz yesterday. I accept your criticism, but please also provide a way to help.

You have to send first as you do not have any trust points. I would send first for reputed members. Let me know.
