It's only $5,000, so why not invest in ICO? The return on investment ICO is obviously greater than the return on investment in altcoin, which is my personal opinion.

I think CyberMiles is a good option to invest in, also ETHLend. Both already have working products and recently completed their ICO's. Should take a look at their whitepaper and decide from there.

Sure about that, how team has come with alpha that proves if the team is very reliable for now, but another coin just like swissborg or spectre will go to the moon soon, the fact that all of them will worth a lot in the future. All of them were actively communicated with investors.

i would suggest you to invest in oyster pearl (prl).  it have a great fluctuation. its been increasing more than1000% last month and i believe atleast it could reach 1$ in this month and might become 2 or 3$ in. few month.  there is other coin that i been hold, its fidentiax. fidentiax is the first platform for insurance. i believe it would be great hits in the future.

this strategy of investing is interesting, i won't lie i have also tried it multiple times before. but you have to know that this strategy is very risky if you choose coins just because you feel they will go up someday. because the small coins are just as easy to get dumped as they can get pumped.

i have tweaked it a little and i only buy those that have a rise ongoing. for example if you see them rise 5% then invest to get the big pump which is usually 200-300%
