Just do this:

choose one of this names: bitcoin, ethereum, neo, waves, xem
Choose one of these surnames: red, blue, white, fast, cash.

put them together and fork anything that is open source and has already a working wallet.
sell some coins, pay an exchange to list it.

Is just a joke really. There are so many silly coins out there.... and even the most ridiculous projects are able to get some funding.
