As you may have heard, TorMail got shut down by the Feds today.

BTC-e requires you to click an e-mailed link every time you withdraw money. A link is
also e-mailed to change your e-mail address.

Combine these two facts together, and that equals $10,000 worth of Bitcoin that I am suddenly locked out of accessing, because of an American action that has nothing to do with BTC-e.

I have reached the level of desperation. BTC-e does all their tech support through e-mail, which will be
useless to me since I have no e-mail provider. They can be contacted through this site, but not from
this account that I just created. Apparently I have to spend all day talking about my lost $10,000 before
my account unlocks and I can get the message to the one account that should be reading it. After that,
I anticipate no further need to use this forum.

You don't need to use same email to contact their support.
did you tried to submit ticket? http://hdbtce.kayako.com/

Ps: Don't worry they should be able to change email by checking your ip logs and some verifications i guess.

I tried submitting a ticket, but there's no way to get a reply to the ticket. I can't log into their support system, so I presume that any response would go to my TorMail account.

I have NO outgoing e-mail capability other than what I had through TorMail.

I have no doubt I can get this straightened out... IF I can get in contact with BTC-e.

You can send him message now i guess.

Ps: You can submit ticket again by using different mail and you will get password there.
Just make sure to use that new email in "General Information" while submitting ticket again.
If you need privacy use secmail.in

Nope, you can't send PMs from within the Newbie Jail.

The ticket-reporting system seems to just be
broken. While trying to get a password for a new account, it gives me a CAPTCHA that it always
says I entered wrong, even though the CAPTCHA is easy to read.

As for secmail, they apparantly don't offer their free service any more, and they don't accept
Bitcoin for payment, so that's a no-go.

use qq.com then or mail.ru

Ps: you need 4 hours of online time i think.

If you are using firefox install https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/auto-refresh/
and set auto refresh at every 1 minute, leave that tab open and browse forum on another tab.

I finally sent the PM to btc-e.com, only to be ignored. I guess they want to keep my money.  :-/
