According to http://www.bbb.org/kansas-city/business-reviews/electronic-equipment-and-supplies-wholesale-and-manufacturers/bf-labs-inc-in-overland-park-ks-1000002011/

Quote
Customers have complained about delays in receiving pre-ordered products. The company has responded by stating that they do not issue refunds after the build process on the new product has begun. According to a letter sent to customers, refunds would no longer available after April 1, 2013. The company claims that nearly all backlogs will be processed by September 30, 2013.

Since Butterfly Labs doesn't lie and they would in no way mislead the BBB, we are forced to accept the above as gospel.

My only question is DO YOU BELIEVE?

Fact: Sonny Vleisides' probation is scheduled to end on September 15, 2013, thereby ending his sentence for fleecing the elderly to the tune of tens of millions of dollars with his 15 year running lottery scam. He was never charged with scamming tens of millions more for his in roll in operating Laissez Faire City with his Daddy-O, James Ray Houston, or the sportsbooks scams he single-handedly operated.

To this day, Sonny Vleisides still promotes lottery scams on his webspawner.com site.

Everything BFL says is deceitful. They want you to think they said the backlog would be cleared/shipped. All they said was it would be "processed". Processed doesn't mean shipped.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me every two weeks, shame on me. Call me a monumental asshole, and I'll pound nails in your coffin to make sure your ilk never ever see the light of day again.

Perhaps josh should place another huge bet like he did last time: http://bitbet.us/bet/472/kncminer-will-deliver-asic-devices-before-october-1st/

Maybe he can make back the money Yifu made betting against him.

Not to worry.  They'll just announce a second-gen ASIC product, and push the remaining order holders to "upgrade" their order to the new product.

I haven't checked to see if your post is factual or not, but the same exact thought crossed the better half of my brain two days ago, almost penning the same yesterday. From BFL's track record, this is exactly their next step unless, of course, the long con ends on September 16, 2013, the day Sonny Vleisides' probation ends for fleecing the elderly outta... <semi-digress>

No red nose ? Dubious... I'm inclined to think the guy on the picture is not actually Josh.
