User Support?

Hello all,

I recently had some issues with my original bitcointalk account. I tried to reset the password, but something went wrong and my access was suspended. The error message invited me to contact an email address for support. I have done this several days ago, but I have not heard from anyone.

I have now created a new account for the sole purpose of getting in touch with someone who can help. Is there anyone in charge of fixing password and account issues?

theymos and Cyrus are the administrators. From the many threads in this section, I understand they have a large backlog of hacked accounts and such issues so you will need to be patient and probably wait a long time for a response.

Sounds like it's been locked. I don't think the email is actively monitored anymore so you would be better off messaging them here. You'll likely need to sign a message from an address if the account has been locked. Follow the information here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0
