Not the only one but its the safest. You may sell it at a higher price and rebuy it at a low price but this game is a bit risky and you may lose your investment with it. To be safe, buy and hold is the best way.

Nope! Holding is an investment strategy and not a trading strategy. Holding a coin for long term is very similar investment strategy like holding a blue chip stock. You are sure that the price will be higher in due course of time. But trading essentially means day trading. BUy at a cheaper cost and sell at peak on the same day. There are other strategies like arbitraging. Try to do some google search and you will come across a lot of videos which will teach you about various different strategies that can be used in crypto market.

it's true Holding is an investment strategy and not a trading strategy. for Trading strategy is you must be sure that the price of coin will be higher than before. to start trading by buying at a cheaper cost and selling the coin at a more expensive cost. well, there are many trading techniques to choose from. can be long-term or short-term. both are equally profitable, depending on the choice of each.
if you want to get a daily profit opportunity, then can buy and sell coins in a relatively short time during the BEP can be achieved.

I'd rather suggest arbitrage over trading, crypto-currencies is still a very fresh world and that's why many arbitrage opportunities do exist right now.

where did you get the impression that trading (which translates to buy and sell in any language) means buy and hold!

trading, to put simply means when you buy something at a lower price and then sell it at a higher price. this can be stocks, gold, bitcoin, altcoins or even T-shirts! the principle is the same. sometimes it takes time, sometimes you have to do additional things and it always has risks.

Buy in a low price, sell at high price. Easily to say but I think its hard to make trading. I want also to know various tips and strategies in trading or investment. Someday if I will earn in signature campaign, I will try to make tradings and hold coins.
I want also to know and learn how to look at market prices and the scale of any cryptocurrency.

I think buying and holding is only a strategy for investment for both beginners and vets in BTC. This is because, as always.  folks expect the price of BTC to rise way beyond the price at which they bought it and if they sell rightly, they could make a lot o profit. Actually there are many strategy that you can follow beside of holding but the basic and easy one is holding. Before trying the other strategy better you learn first to higher level. As i am newbie, i use that strategy only.

Trading coins and holding coins are 2 different investment strategies. You are trading because you want to gain profit for a short time but its risky and we know that. Buy and Hold is for the long term and it has little to no risk at all. It only depends on the coin you will hold for the long term.
