Avatar problem!!!

I want to change my avatar, but I still can't!

Everytime I upload a new avatar it keeps bringing back my old avatar. But in my avatar section, the new one is already uploaded but the old one won't go still, whatever logging in and out I do, refresh, and waiting, nothing happens. Is this a forum problem? Am I the only one having this issue? Can someone tell me what is the problem and what to do?

It's showing blue one, Honor, on your profile and posts for me. maybe it's temp cache problem
if you in doubt, try open your profile in private viewing incognito mode (chrome) or use web proxy
thru web proxy or incognito you can see how your profile actually seen by others

edit: I just noticed you removed your avatar, just upload it once and check thru incognito or web proxy
it will show you whatever other people actually see your profile avatar

some time ago, my friend also experienced the same thing. the avatar he use does not appear in the profile, although it has been doing the "clear cache" and do a "refresh page".
