Why would you need 0.001 BTC?

Because I might lend if I knew it wasn't going to some gambling site.

It's highly unfeasible to loan this amount thanks to transaction fee's. Omitting those is an option but a transaction of 0.001 BTC without transaction fees will take days to confirm.

I can send it but I will pay only a tiny amount of transaction fees. Are you ok with that or should I not bother at all when I don't plan on including the default 0.0005 transaction fee?

1-3 days of clicking faucets could get you that much and more.

I haven't yet received those bitcoins. How much time is the transaction going to take?

This thread makes absolutely no sense to me. You said that you needed a loan for the equivalent of around 10 cents to pay back another loan for 10 cents? Has the USD suddenly gone up in value while I was sleeping?

I don't have any options to buy bitcoin, just have PayPal and a Polish bank account. Also have Payza with zero balance.

if you haven't traded the xpm you can always make voucher for half what i sent you and pass that to the person you are paying. at current exchange rate half is still worth 0.0014-0.0015BTC (0.25XPM)
