Cryptopia Error Code 20

I do not know if this is the right place to post this topic, if not, please forward it where it belongs, thank you!!
I am trying to log on to cryptopia, I have registered and received a confirmation e-mail, however when I klicked the confirmation the answer was:

Unauthorized!
You are not authorized to view this area.


I tried it many times and now I receive a different message:
Error Code 20- the proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection timeout.
