I don't see why not. Buy $10-$15 worth of $BTC. I say between that range because of fees to transfer or buy $BTC. Transfer to an exchange or maybe buy some from here on the forum  through an escrow account holder. You'll get roughly about 30 to 35 $ONION's depending how you play it. Transfer to your wallet, don't leave your $ONION's on any exchange. Good luck.

I guess 10$ wouldn't be enough to buy on an exchange. Better way is to do it mentioned by cryptodv. Find someone on market place with good reputations and buy there.
