It could be but just beware of that "dead cat bounce" it may just bounce slightly and keep going down. I have heard predictions of 3500-4k with the lowest being $1200. That would kinda suck but to me that only prevents opportunity for  those looking to get in.  If it went to $1200 I would pile all that I don't have into crypto

OMG... If this is true then I'm impressed.  My expectations for the US government is really low, and anyone who knows me knows I look at our government with skepticism.  They normally over regulate and take control away from the 'little' people and give it to those with power and influence.  This actually looks like a level headed approach to crypto from a government.  I'm actually quite shocked.

On another note, it is also reassuring that the dev team is actively fixing the problems that they encounter every now and then. That will surely provide positive image for the team (and the coin itself) and will probably attract more investors in the long run. I know, I'm being lazy here but do you happen to know what is the minimum amount of Onion for you to be included in their airdrop? Is it 100 Onions or more?

CFTC Chairman Christorpher said that Bitcoin market would be more transparent if we promote and encourage Bitcoin futures and other Bitcoins markets such as payment system

His kids were not interested in stocks but are hooked onto cryptocurrencies, and the government has to respect that, and develop a positive outlook.

While scams and fraudsters must be cracked down, the general market must be allowed to develop. A working group of SEC, FINCEN, CFTC and other group members are working on identifying scams in this space.

When asked if Crypto has any "intrinsic value"? - There is an intrinsic value and relation of the value of bitcoin and the cost of mining it.

Price of Bitcoin is just one publicly traded company like McDonalds. In comparison, global money supply is 7.6T. And since Bitcoin has been compared to digital gold, value of all gold in the world is 8T.
