How can I do rescan windows desktop wallet?

I have run a clean wallet. It have been synced. Then I wanted to import private key. I used debug/console (commands importprivkey xxxx, then setaccount xxx) ...all with no error.
But nothing changed. How do a rescan of wallet?
Wallet restart doesn't help.

deeponion-qt.exe --rescan from the command line. If I recall correctly.

It did not help.
I have tried also run 'as administrator' but nothing.
