I`m done this new version. What is the hard fork coming this.
You mean when the hard fork is coming? Pretty soon I assume. Shouldn't be too much blocks be left now. Ok thanks for your good said. |

I did the wallet update and just about instantly got my first stake. Then my second and third. That was easy.
Lucky for you mate, I've upgraded mine but I don't hit some stake! What's your weight by the way? No stakes for me for weeks now  |

Lucky for you mate, I've upgraded mine but I don't hit some stake! What's your weight by the way? It really depends a lot on the amount of coins you are holding. yes but maths helps: staking will give you 10% return first year (still a couple of months), then reward will be lowered to 5% and then reduced again: some days you are going to stake and others no, but the mean should be approx the given numbers |

Developers have nothing to do with it. It all depends on you weight against the network weight. If more people are staking, the difficulty goes up and the chances of receiving a stake is reduced. You have to wait until the majority of the network gets a stake, so the network weight goes down and your chances increase. A balanced system. |

Also you need quiet an amount to actually have a chance to hit a stake as pretty much everyone is staking their coins so the network weight is a lot compared to an individual. I would say you need at least 1k to see stakes in a reasonable time (and you also need to have your weight built up) |

Not getting a stake after updating is not such a big issue, this is last week's update. If they don't have many Onions, they won't get a stake soon. If they don't get a stake after weeks and they have more than 500 coins, they should look into it. |
