I'm not sure how effective or useful that budget would have been anyways. Because it's only spendable on their platform.
Anyhow the community has showed it's power with legitimate votes!

XP has done this to how many exchange sites now? I keep seeing their bots in exchange votes. They should be disqualified from any future exchange vote. Seriously.
