Dude, take the time to read and inform yourself.
Most important pay by a means that is secure and your funds are protected.
Paypal only gives a 45 day window, yet your card issuing bank may cover your credit card for a considerable period after. This doesn't apply to all cards, in al, countries and certainly not debit. You pay big fees for credit cad companies to protect you from fraud. Amex is generally the most universally secure.
KnC is meant to be delivering 28nm by the end September, and Paypal's 45 days day window should now certainly cover you to the point at which they have chips in hand, so I'd say they were the most risk adverse. That said I have been confident about them for sometime, and have been accused of having underhand reasoning behind my positivity. That is total BS, but do read around these things yourself and make your own decision there is more than enough evidence out there over who is legitimate and who is not. The other factor is the increasing difficulty as chips become released as working units into the wild. Again, read up first and play with our own calculations. I say this as there is a lot of BS being spread now for a variety if reasons, most trying to protect poor investment choices, or just plain spread FUD.
My only advise is read, inform yourself and pay by a protected payment method and find the cheapest electricity source you can, and never ever pay for this with debt, money you cannot afford to loose (this may explain a lot of the FUD and misinformation). Currently your taking a bet on the first horse to cross the line competently. Decent genuine companies let you visit them and don't make their backgrounds difficult to confirm legitimacy...
